地洛他定联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

The Efficacy of Desloratadine Combined with Ranitidine on Treating Chronic Urticaria

目的 探讨合并皮肤划痕症的慢性荨麻疹的最佳治疗方案。方法 慢性荨麻疹 80例随机分为两组 ,试验组用地洛他定联合雷尼替丁治疗 ,对照组单用地洛他定治疗 ,连续 4周。结果 试验组有效率为 90 .0 % ,对照组为82 .5 %。治疗 2 8天后两组总积分比较 ,试验组优于对照组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 地洛他定联合雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意 ,安全性好。

Objective To explore the best treatment for chronic urticaria.Methods 80 outpatients with chronic urticaria were randomized to two groups; experimental group was treated with desloratadine and ranitidine, the control group with desloratadine only.Results The effectiveness rate in experimental group was 90.0%, 82.5%for the control group. There were significant differences of total severity scores between two groups after a 28-day duration of treatment(P<0.001), experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Desloratadine combined with ranitidine were effective, safe in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
