微波组织凝固联合二氧化碳激光、干扰素等治疗肛周尖锐湿疣

Perianal Condyloma Acuminate Treated by MTC Associated with CO_2 Laser and Interferon Injection

目的 观察微波组织凝固 (MTC)联合二氧化碳激光治疗肛周尖锐湿疣 (CA)的效果。方法 治疗组采用MTC联合二氧化碳激光 ;对照组采用二氧化碳激光 ;两组患者术前皮损区均做醋酸白试验 ,术后配合干扰素肌肉注射 ;分别对两组术时用时、近期及远期疗效进行比较。结果 两组术时用时比较差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;近期疗效比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;远期疗效比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 微波组织凝固联合二氧化碳激光治疗肛周尖锐湿疣优于单纯二氧化碳激光。

Objective To investigate the effect of Microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) associated with CO_2 laser on treating perianal condyloma acuminate(CA).Methods Treatment group was treated with MTC associated with CO_2 laser; control group was dealed with CO_2 laser. Meanwhile, the glacial acetic acid test must be used before operation and muscle injection with interferon was necessary to the 2 groups. After this, the time used in operation, recent curative effect and remote effect were compared.Results The statistical results shown as follows: the operation time (P<0.001), recent curative effect (P>05) and remote effect (P<0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion Perianal CA by MTC associated with CO_2 laser was better than CO_2 laser.
