解毒化瘀颗粒治疗重型肝炎的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect on Severe Hepatitis with Jie Du Hua Yu Granule

目的 :观察解毒化瘀颗粒治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :采用开放、随机、对照方法将133例重型肝炎患者分为解毒化瘀颗粒、解毒化瘀汤及安宫牛黄丸等3组 ,3组均在给予西医基础综合治疗上 ,每组分别给予上述中药口服 ,2次/天 ,60天后评价疗效。结果 :解毒化瘀颗粒组及解毒化瘀汤组临床疗效以及改善肝性脑病方面均优于安宫牛黄丸组(P<0 01或P<0 05) ,解毒化瘀颗粒组与解毒化瘀汤组经统计学分析疗效无显著性差异(P>0 05)。结论 :解毒化瘀颗粒及解毒化瘀汤治疗重型肝炎均有较好的疗效。

Objective:To confirm the curative effect of Jie Du Hua Yu Granule on severe hepatitis.Methods:133cases of severe hepatitis were divided into Jie Du Hua Yu Granule group,Jie Du Hua Yu Decoction group and An Gong Niuhuang Wan group through the methods of patency,random and comparison.Each group was treated with peroral medicine,twice/day.After60days,the curative effect was evaluated.Results:In Jie Du Hua Yu Granule group and Jie Du Hua Yu De-coction group,both the curative effect and the improvement of the hepatic encephalopathy were better than those in An Gong Niuhuang Wan group(P<0.01).The difference between the Jie Du Hua Yu Granule group and the Jie Du Hua Yu De-coction group was not distinctive(P>0.05).Conclusions:Both Jie Du Hua Yu Granule and Jie Du Hua Yu Decoction have better curative effect on severe hepatitis.
