亮菌甲素治疗黄疸型肝炎234例疗效观察

Effect of armillarisini A for hepatitis with jaundice

目的 观察亮菌甲素注射液治疗黄疸型肝炎的疗效。方法 选择黄疸指数为 34.2～ 342mmol/L的肝炎患者为治疗对象 ,随机入组 ,以治疗后黄疸指数和谷丙转氨酶的变化考察疗效。基础治疗包括前列腺素E1 、还原型谷光甘肽等 ,观察组加亮菌甲素 1 0mg ,静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ;对照组加思美肽 1 .0g ,静脉滴注 ,每天 1次 ,疗程均为 30d。结果 观察组 1 0 6例 ,治疗前平均黄疸指数为 (1 78± 1 0 2 )mmol/L ,平均谷丙转氨酶为 (2 78± 78)IU/L ;对照组 1 2 8例 ,治疗前平均黄疸指数为 (1 86± 1 0 7)mmo/L ,平均谷丙转氨酶为 (2 5 8± 89)IU/L。治疗结束复查肝功 ,观察组平均黄疸指数和谷丙转氨酶分别为 (4 3± 39)mmol/L ,(39± 4 5 )IU/L ;对照组平均黄疸指数和谷丙转氨酶分别为 (5 1± 4 5 )mmol/L ,(4 2± 31 )IU/L ,治疗前后两组间黄疸指数和谷丙转氨酶无统计学差异 ,未发现明显不良反应。结论 亮菌甲素治疗黄疸型肝炎疗效确切 。

Objective To observe the effect of armillarisini A injection against hepatitis with jaundice.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups,one for armillarisini A,the other for Transmetil (adetionine).The basic therapy for both groups included prostaglandin E1 (PGE1),glutathione,et al.The effect was evaluated by comparing the change of icteric index and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level after therapy.The patients were given basic treatment as well as armillarisini A (10mg per day,ivgtt ) and transmetil (1.0g per day,ivgtt ) for 30 days,respectively.Results The mean values for icteric index and alanine aminotransferase were (178±102)mmol/L,(278±78)IU/L in the observed group before treatment respectively;The counterparts in the control group were (186±107)mmol/L,(258±89)IU/L respectively.The mean icteric index and ALT values after therapy were (43±39)mmol/L and (51±45)mmol/L,(39±45)IU/L and (42±31)IU/L in the observed group and control group,respectively.There were no statistic differences between the two groups coming to changes of ALT values and icteric index.There were no side effects observed during the therapy.Conclusion It seemed that armillarisini A have the same effect on icteric hepatitis as that of transmetil.
