心理干预对无抽搐电休克治疗患者家属焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on in psychic anxiety family members of patients receiving modified electroconvulsive therapy

目的探讨心理干预对无抽搐电休克治疗(modifiedelectroconvulsivetherapy,ECT)患者家属焦虑心理的效果,让家属对患者提供有效的亲情支持。方法110例进行ECT的患者家属随机分为干预组和非干预组,干预组治疗前讲解ECT有关知识,给予心理疏导、健康教育等心理干预措施,非干预组按常规进行。结果两组家属在担心治疗中是否有意外、对脑子有无有损伤、治疗后是否会变傻、患者能否承受治疗、入眠困难、紧张恐惧等6项观察指标差异有显著性(χ2=5.32-16.38,P<0.05-P<0.01)。结论治疗前心理干预可以减轻ECT患者家属的焦虑情绪。

AIM:To explore the influence of preperative psychlolgical intervention on psychic anxiety in family members of patients treated with modified electroconvulsive therapy(ECT),so as to arise their effective support for the patients.METHODS:Totally 110 relatives of patients undergoing ECT were randomly divided into intervention and non intervention groups.Relevant knowledge about ECT,psychotherapy and health education were conducted in the intervention group,while routine nursing care was given in the non intervention group.REUSLTS:There were significant differences in worry about risk of ECT,injury to brain,stupidity after therapy,bearing of therapy,sleeping disorder,nervousness and fear between the two groups(χ2=5.32-16.38,P< 0.05-P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:Preoperative psychological intervention can relieve the psychic anxiety in the family members of patients treated with ECT.
