参与型护理对早期精神分裂症住院患者康复的作用

Effects of the nursing care of mutual participation model on the rehabilitation of inpatients with early schizophrenia

目的探讨参与型护理对早期精神分裂症住院患者康复的影响。方法对40例氯氮平治疗的早期精神分裂症住院患者辅以8周参与护理决策和自理,并以40例同期用氯氮平治疗的早期精神分裂症患者为对照,采用护士用住院患者观察量表进行评定,用t检验法进行分析比较。结果参与组从参与后第2周起社会兴趣、个人卫生和精神表现的改善及总积极因素、病情总评估优于对照组(P<0.05～0.01),第4周起几乎所有指标的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.01～0.001)。结论参与型护理能充分发挥患者的主观能动性,促进精神分裂症住院患者的早日康复。

AIM:To explore the effects of the of nursing mutual participation model care on the rehabilitation of inpatients with early schizophrenia.METHODS:A total of 80 inpatients with early schizophrenia treated with clozampine were randomly divided into two groups:participation group(n=40),in which the patients received the whole process for nursing decision and self care for 8 weeks additionally,and control group.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.All the patients were evaluated with the nurses' observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE),and the data were analyzed and compared by using the t test.RESULTS:The improvements of social interest,personal health,psychological representation and total positive factors,total assessment of illness in the participation group were superior to those in the control group from the second week of participation(P< 0.05-0.01),and the improvements of all indexes were almost superior to those in the control group from the fourth week(P< 0.01-0.001).CONCLUSION:Nursing care of mutual participation model can activate the subjective initiative of patients with schizophrenia and promote their rehabilitation.
