绝经后妇女骨密度与胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ及瘦素的关系 被引量:7

Relationship of bone mineral density with insulin,insulin like growth factor Ⅰ and leptin in postmenopausal women

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子I(insulin-likegrowthfactor-Ⅰ,IGF-Ⅰ)及瘦素水平与绝经后妇女骨密度的关系。方法测定85例绝经妇女的空腹胰岛素(fastinsulin,FINS)和葡萄糖负荷后胰岛素(postglucose-challengeinsulin,PINS),IGF-Ⅰ和瘦素,用双能X线法测定骨密度,分析各生化指标与骨密度的相关性。结果PINS与股骨大转子骨密度呈正相关(r=0.249,P<0.05),瘦素则与股骨颈骨密度呈正相关(r=0.229,P<0.05)。但是这种相关在经体质量指数校正后消失。FINS和IGF-Ⅰ与各个部位的骨密度均无相关(r=0.008~0.173,P>0.05)。结论绝经后妇女血胰岛素、IGF-Ⅰ和瘦素水平与骨密度均无直接关系。 AIM:To investigate the relationship of insulin,insulin like growth factor Ⅰ(IGF Ⅰ) and leptin with bone mineral density(BMD) in postmenopausal women.METHODS:Fasting insulin(FINS),post glucose challenge insulin (PINS) ,IGF Ⅰand leptin were measured in 85 postmenopausal women.The BMD was determined with the dual energy X ray absorptiometry, then the correlation between the biochemical indexes and BMD was analyzed.RESULTS:PINS was positively correlated with the BMD of greater trochanter of femur (r=0.249,P< 0.05).Leptin was positively correlated with the BMD of femoral neck (r=0.229,P< 0.05). However,these correlations disappeared after BMI was adjusted. There was no correlation of FINS and IGF Ⅰwith the BMD of all parts(r=0.008-0.173,P >0.05).CONCLUSION:Insulin, IGF Ⅰand leptin have no direct effect on the BMD of postmenopausal women.
