摘要
目的探讨不同运动时间健美操对中年女性血脂及体质量的改善作用及其作用机制。方法将社会办学招收的健美操班学员中年女性135名分成3组,每班45名学员,采用相同的运动强度及不同时间进行健美锻炼,00班锻炼时间每次不超过60min,01班每次锻炼时间60~90min,02班每次锻炼时间超过90min,观察各班学员血脂、体质量等方面的改善情况,进行对比分析。结果01班学员血脂及体质量等方面的改善情况与00班学员比较差异有非常显著性意义(t=-3.153~-5.106,P<0.01),与02班学员差异有显著性意义(t=-1.916~-2.163,P<0.05)。结论适当延长健美操锻炼时间可明显改善中年女性的血脂、体质量。
AIM:To explore the improving effect of calisthenics of different time span on the blood lipid and body mass in the middle aged women and to discuss the mechanism.METHODS:Totally 135 middle aged women in a social calisthenics class were divided into 3 groups of 45 subjects in each.The training time spans in groups A,B and C were ≤60 minutes,60-90 minutes and >90 minutes per time respectively,but their exercise intensities were the same.The improvements of blood lipid and body mass were observed in all groups for comparative analysis.RESULTS:The improvements of blood lipid and body mass in group B were very significantly different from those in group A(t=-3.153,-5.106,P< 0.01) and significantly different from those in group C(t=-1.916 to-2.163 P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:The proper prolongation of calisthenics training time span can obviously improve the blood lipid and body mass of middle aged women.
