窦房结起搏细胞膜离子流与4期自动除极 被引量:5

摘要 参与窦房结 4期自动除极的膜电流主要包括超极化激活的阳离子电流、延迟整流性钾电流、内向钙电流、Na+ Ca2 + 交换电流和持续性电流等。各个膜电流在 4期自动除极的不同时点、不同电压范围及不同部位所起作用不同 ,呈一个动态的变化过程。
