94例消化性溃疡患者舌象分析

Analysis of Tongue Picture in 94 Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的 观察消化性溃疡患者舌象特征。方法 选择94例符合临床诊断及中医辨证分型标准的消化性溃疡患者,同步记录其舌质与舌苔变化。结果 消化性溃疡患者各证型的舌象特征分布较广,且多数证型的主要舌象与证型的内在病理本质相吻合。结论 舌象反映消化性溃疡各证型的内在病机变化,是临床诊治过程中确定分型证候的客观依据。

Objective To observe the characteristic of tongue picture in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 94 patients with peptic ulcer were selected according to the critera of clinical diagnosis and the syndrome type based on the theory of TCM. And the change of tongue body and tongue coating of them were recorded. Results The tongue picture characteristic of patients with peptic ulcer were various. And most of tongue pictures are identical to the pathology of their syndrome type. Conclusion Tongue picture which reflects the mechanism of peptic ulcer of different syndrome type is the objective evidence to define the syndrome type in the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
