甘草酸二铵防治心脏手术患者肾损伤72例 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :观察甘草酸二铵对心脏手术患者肾缺血 再灌注损伤的防治作用。方法 :心脏手术患者 14 0例 ,分为治疗组 72例 ,对照组 68例 ,两组术前准备和术前用药相同 ,但治疗组术前 1d加用甘草酸二铵 15 0mg加入 5 %葡萄糖注射液 2 5 0mL ,静脉滴注 ,术后当天、术后 48,72h再各用药 1次。观察两组手术前后尿量、血尿素氮 (BUN)、血肌酐 (Cr)、血乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)等的变化。结果 :手术后 ,治疗组尿量较对照组明显增加 ,以第 1天较为明显 ,但第 4天后两组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组BUN、Cr、LDH均较对照组显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :甘草酸二铵对心脏手术患者的急性肾衰有预防作用。 Objective:To observe the preventive effects to nium glycyrrhizinate. Methods:The suitable 140 cardiac post-operation patient s were divided into the treatment group (n=72) and the contol group (n =68). The preparation and other drugs used before the operation were almost the same but the intravenous infusion of 150 mg diammonium glycyrrhizinate dissolve d in 5% glucose injection. Also, the same dose of diammonium glycyrrhizinate wer e used daily in the operating day, fourty-eight hours and seventy-two hours af ter operation in the treatment group. Urine capacity, BUN, Cr, LDH before and af ter operation were determined. Results:Urine capacity in treatment group increased more than in the control group not significantly. BUN, Cr, LDH in treatment group l owered significantly than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Diammonium glycyrrhizinate can prevent acute kidney failure in cardiac post-operation patient.
