伴腰骶部移行椎的腰椎间盘突出症

Protrusion of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc with Transitional Vertebra of Sacralization

本文分析讨论了29例经手术治疗的伴腰骶部移行椎的腰椎间盘突出症。认为该症特点是椎间盘突出发生在L_(5～6)或L_5～移行椎椎间最常见,多数发生在移行椎的上椎间。移行椎的腰骶部神经根走行可有变异,也可不对称;它在解剖上的定位与机能有时不相符合,其感觉和肌力可呈分离现象。临床上往往表现为非单根神经根受损害的症状,在诊断和定位时应充分注意。

This paper analysed and discussed 29 cases postoperative patients suffered from protrusion of lumbar interver-tebral disc with transitional vertebra of sacralizaton. Author thinks that the location of protursion of intervertebral disc appears at L5-6, L5-transitional vertebra first. The intervertebral disc can be found at upper intervertebra of transitional vertebra. The nerve roots location of transitional vertebra are abnormal or nonsymmetry. The nerve root location and its function are not a match. The sensation separates with the power of the muscles of same nerve root.There is often a symptom of non -single nerve root injured in the history. We should pay attention to it in diagnosis and location
