Compress Slip Richard Nailing to Treat Subtrochanteric Fracture

作者报告应用加压滑动鹅头钉治疗转子下骨折21例,经随访21例均于6个月骨折临床愈合,1年半达骨性愈合,优良率为90.5％。本文介绍了手术方法、术中可能出现的情况及处理。认为加压滑动鹅头钉具有设计合理、固定牢固、能使病人早期活动的优点。

Author reported 21 cases of treatment of subtrochanteric fracture applying compress Richard Nailing. All 21 cases were clinic healed after six months and bony healing after one and half year. The rate of success was 90.5%. This article introduce the method of operation.attentive problem and management in operation.We consider the design of compress slip Richard Nail is reasonable.fixing hard, early outbed activity and reducing complication for patiants.
