摘要
采用泰国木薯粉为原料、接种不同生产菌株进行摇瓶发酵试验,得出试验结果和最佳工艺配方。结果表明NF2菌株优于泰国菌株,筛选到(3)、(5)为最佳配方,产酸均达16%,转化率达95%以上。
Using Thailand cassava as raw material and inoculating different bacteria species,we have carried out bottle fermentation experiments.The experiment results and best technical prescription can be gained by experiments.The results show that NF2 bacteria is better than bacteria of Thailand.It is the best ingredient until the selection reaches (3)and(5).Acid production all reaches 16%,transforming rate is above 95%.
