发育性颈椎管狭窄的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of the Developmental Stenosis of the Cervical Spinal Canal

本文分析了92例脊髓型颈椎病和7例无骨折脱位的急性颈脊髓损伤。结果62例(67％)脊髓型颈椎病和3例(43％)无骨折脱位的急性颈脊髓损伤患者合并发育性颈椎管狭窄。因此认为发育性颈椎管狭窄是脊髓型颈椎病和无骨折脱位的急性颈脊髓损伤的重要致病因素。

This article analyses 92 cases of myelopathic type of cervical spondylosis and 7 cases of injury of the cervical spinal cord resulting from acute trauma of the cervical spine without fracture and dislocation. In this group. 62 cases (67%) of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and 3 cases (4. 3%)of injury of the cervical spinal cord resulting from a-cute trauma of the cervical spine without fracture and dislocation were associated with developmental stenosis of the spinal canal.Therefore,accordnig to this material.the authors thinks that developmental stenosis of the cervical spinal canal was an important etiologic factor for myelopathic type of cervical spondylosh and injury of the cervial spinal cord resulting from acute trauma of the cervical spine without fracture and dislocation.
