围休克期脊柱骨盆四肢损伤的处理

The Management of Injury of Spine, Pelvis and Limbs in the Period of Shock

本文总结了213例多发性损伤合并创伤性休克抢救过程中伴有脊柱、骨盆、四肢损伤早期处理的经验和体会。同时对休克期四肢毁灭伤、严重骨盆骨折、四肢主要动脉损伤、开放性损伤及闭合性骨折的处理问题作了讨论。认为正确对待休克复苏与脊柱、骨盆及四肢损伤处理的关系,是提高休克复苏成功率、减少患者致残率的一个重要方面。

This paper is to present the experience of early management of multiple injury with associated shock in 213 cases ,and respectively discussed the local management of injury of spine.pelvis and limbs.including open or close fracture and arterial injury.
