陈旧性孟氏骨折的治疗（附38例报告）

Operative Treatment For old Monteggia Fractures

作者报道1984～1991年间治疗的38例陈旧性孟氏骨折,其中儿童29例,成人9例。分别采用尺骨额状面截骨延长、上尺桡关节成形和骨间膜重建三种新设计的手术方法治疗,经1～7年随访优良率达82.4％,儿童组优良率为89.7％。同时还讨论了三种手术方法的适应证和手术要点。

The different types of old Monteggia fractures were treated by ulnar frontal osteotomy and lenythening .upper ulnoradial arthroplasty and interosseous membrane reconstruction respectively in 38 case during 1984 to 1991. 29 cases were children and 9 cases were adults. Following up 1 to 7 years, the excellant-good rate was 82. 4%(89. 7% for children).
