The Matching of Ceramic Cutting Tools with Intractable Materials

摘要 综述了陶瓷刀具主要特性,对适宜于陶瓷刀具加工的难加工材料的性能、切削特性进行 了阐述,在分析刀具与加工材料匹配性能指标的基础上,进一步对陶瓷刀具与难加工材料的合理匹 配进行了探讨,并对新型陶瓷刀具材料的研发前景作了展望。 The paper summarizes the principle characters of ceramic cutting tools, properties and cutting characters of intractable materials that are suitably cut by ceramic cutting tools. On the basis of analyzing property factors of cutting tools and cutting materials, reasonable matching ceramic cutting toois with intractable materials are disussed. The R&D prospect of new types of ceramic cutting tools is predicted.
