摘要
应用粉末烧结方法在45钢表面制得WC-Fe/Ni/Co硬质合金覆层,并进行了组织结构分析及显微硬度测试。结果表明:在1 280-1 300℃烧结,得到的覆层与基体间通过元素的扩散渗透,产生牢固结合。覆层的组织致密、细小、分布均匀,具有较高的硬度。
The cladding of cemented carbide of WC-Fe/Ni/Co on the surface of 45 steel was prepared by powder sintering. At the sintering temperatures between 1 280-1 300℃, cladding and substrate were strongly combined through element pervasion. The cladding had compact structure, fine grains and uniform distribution, and thus high hardness.
