干燥-通风联合作业法降低粮食水分 被引量:2

摘要 讨论了干燥 -通风联合作业法烘干粮食的基本原理和方法。与传统的粮食机械烘干方法相比 ,联合烘干法具有生产能力高、能耗低、粮食烘后品质好的优点。通风时间一般为 8~ 12h ,单位通风量一般在 30~ 4 5m3 / (h·t)之间。通风过程中粮食降水幅度可达 2 %~ 3%。 The basic principle and method of grain drying-aerationg are discussed. Compared with conventional mechanical grain drying method, this combined drying method features higher production capacity, lower energy consumption and better quality of the grain dried. The time of aeration cycle is usually 8~12 h, the airflow ratio is between 30 m3/h·t and 45 m3/h·t, and the range of grain moisture removed is 2~3%.
