摘要
以五氧化二磷(P2O5)、季戊四醇(PT)和三聚氰胺(M)为原料制得膨胀型阻燃剂,将其用于制备氯化橡胶防火涂料,实验证明:膨胀型阻燃剂的膨胀度与阻燃剂的组成有关,最佳配比为n(P2O5)∶n(PT)∶n(M)=1.0~2.0∶1.0∶1.7~2.7;膨胀型阻燃涂料的阻燃隔热性与阻燃剂的组成有关,阻燃剂组成为n(P2O5)∶n(PT)∶n(M)=2∶1∶2.5时效果最好;膨胀型阻燃涂料的阻燃隔热性与阻燃剂的添加量有关,添加量达一定量后,阻燃剂用量增加阻燃效果变化不大.
The intumescent flame retardant synthesized from P_2O_5, pentaerythritol and melamine was applied in chlorination rubber to prepare the intumescent flame retardant coating. The results shows:the intumescent effect is affected by the composition of fire retardant ,the optimal composition is n(P_2O_5)∶n(PT)∶n(M) = 1.0~2.0∶1.0∶1.7~(2.7);the fire retardance of coating is affected by the composition of fire retardant, it has optimal effect when composition of flame retardant is n(P_2O_5)∶n(PT):n(M) = 2∶1∶2.5;the fire retardance of coating is affected by the addition amount of fire retardant, when the addition amount is sufficient for coating , the flame retardancy did not increase as the flame retardant content increase.
