四川省洪雅县农村小学生健康状况分析

为掌握洪雅县农村小学生常见病的发生发展规律 ,做好本地区学生保健工作提供科学依据 ;对我县所属 2 2所小学 92 4 1名在校小学生进行健康检查 ,所得数据经审查后输入微机 ,用sas.6 .12软件包进行统计处理 ,并与 1998年资料进行比较分析 ;在常见五大疾病中 ,危害农村小学生身心健康排在首位的是龋齿 ,占5 1.76 % ,其次排位关系依次为视力不良、肥胖、营养不良、沙眼等。男女常见疾病病型构成比不同(χ2 =35 .0 0 6 ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,女生营养不良、视力不良、沙眼患病率高于男生。各年级常见疾病病型构成比也不同 (χ2 =1115 .87,P <0 .0 0 1) ,高年级常见疾病以视力不良和肥胖为主 ,低年级组以龋齿为主。说明洪雅县农村小学生龋齿患病率呈下降趋势 ,但视力不良呈上升趋势。

To understand the regular pattern of some common diseases among the pupils in countryside of Hongya and provide scientific basis for the student health care, health examination was preformed among 9?241 pupils in 22 primary schools in Hongya county.All the data were analyzed using SAS? 6.12 and were compared with the information in 1998.Among the five common diseases,decayed tooth was the primary one to harm the pupils health (51.76%). Other common diseases were bad eyesight,obesity and malnutrition.The constituent ratio of the common illness type is different between boys and girls (χ\+2=35.006,P<0.001).The morbidities of malnutrition,bad eyesight and trachoma in girls are higher than those of boys.Difference also exists in the constituent ratio of common disease in different grades (χ\+2=1115.87,P<0.001).The common illness in higher grades is mainly bad eyesight and obesity,and decayed tooth in lower grades.The prevalence rate of decayed tooth is decreasing , while that of bad eyesight is increasing.
