三国时期社会动乱 ,劫质现象较其他社会稳定时期较为普遍 ,被劫持的对象亦较广泛。劫质主要是经济目的和政治目的。三国时期的劫质现象不是单纯的法律问题 ,而是政治问题 ,并且与当时的忠、孝。

Owing to social disturbance,the hijacking of hostages was more common in the period of the Three Kingdoms than other stable social periods and the people hijacked were from more different social strata.It was mostly out of economical and political purposes.The hijacking of hostages in the period of the Three Kindoms was not only a legal problem but also a political problem.In addition,it had a close relation with the moral principles of loyalty,filial piety and honesty.
