HPLC assay of endogenous hormones in dormant flower buds of sweet cherry

以甜樱桃休眠花芽为试材 ,提取生长素 (IAA)、赤霉素 (GA3)、玉米素 (ZT)、玉米素核苷 (ZR)和脱落酸 (ABA) 5种内源激素 ,通过设定不同的溶液配比 ,摸索出了适宜分离这 5种内源激素的流动相及检测条件 。

Five hormones (IAA, GA3, ZT, ZR and ABA) were extracted from flower buds of sweet cherry and determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. There has been found the optimum flowing phase and determination conditions for separation of the five endogenous hormones.
