摘要
介绍了一种具有解耦算法的测力系统,可减小三向切削力的相互耦合,提高切削力的测试精度,建立切削力与切削用量(背吃刀量、进给量、切削速度)之间的经验公式,并将所有数据以MATLAB可分析与处理的M文件输出。
A dynamometer test system is developed with decoupling algorithm. The couplings among three-dimensional cutting forces are reduced and testing precision is improved. The formulas are set up between cutting force and cutting parameters. And data are outputted as M file, so they can be analyzed by MATLAB.
