摘要
提出了一种基于Web三层结构的综合智能化CAPP系统体系结构,采用分层零件信息表达模型,运用基于特征实例(FCBR)的综合智能化工艺设计理论与基于加工方向特征相似模糊匹配的原理,实现了零件的加工工艺的自动生成,运用特征映射方法对工艺路线进行优化。
The paper focuses on the development of a case-based process planning system which works in Web environment. The system utilized case-based techniques for process selection and generative approaches to create the manufacture routine of accessional features. The planner uses an hierarchical part representation to express the information of parts. Then an effective method that uses fuzzy decisions to select optimal process is presented. Finally a proposal of feature-mapping is utilized to solve the problem of optimization of process sequencing.
