基于反求截面的精加工算法研究

摘要 文中根据预处理后的测点数据,针对经过粗加工后的毛坯,研究了基于测点数据的精加工刀具路径生成方法———基于反求截面的精加工算法。并进行了理论分析,通过实验加工对此种算法的有效性及效果进行论证。。 This paper introduces a new method of studying the generating path of cutter, which is called arithmetic of finishing machining based on of reversed section. The author makes use of the measure point after pretreatment and aims at the raw stock after rough machining. In addition to the theoretic analysis, the author also demonstrates the validity and effect of this method by experiments.
