摘要
介绍了纳米颗粒ξ电位、悬浮稳定机制等在复合电沉积及纳米复合电刷镀中的应用,概述了电流密度、镀液pH值、搅拌、温度等工艺参数对复合电沉积及纳米复合电刷镀过程的影响。
The application on composite electrodeposition and nano-particle composite brush plating of ξ potential and stabilized dispersion of nano-particle in aqueous suspension is introduced. The effects of various technological parameters,such as current density?pH value?agitation and temperature et al on composite electrodeposition and nano-particle composite brush plating process are discussed in this paper.
