摘要
提出了一种新的插补算法 ,实现了微小直线段的连续插补控制 ,在保证连接点精度的情况下 ,实现了轨迹连续加工 ,有效地提高了加工效率并改善了表面加工质量。探讨了新方案的误差及其控制方法。该算法已经在工程中得到验证。
A new interpolation algorithm was given to realize the continuous interpolation control of micro-lines, which effectively improved the machining efficiency and the continuous machining quality while ensuring the precision of connective points.The error control measures of the new project were also studied. The algorithm feasibility has been proved in project.
