Elastic meshing, load distribution and strength calculation of three-ring transmission

摘要 在考虑内啮合齿轮副齿廓理论间隙、轮齿弹性变形的基础上 ,建立了三环传动弹性啮合实际接触齿对数及各齿间载荷分配的理论分析模型 ,提出了在齿轮强度计算中计入弹性啮合效应系数的方法 ,并按照静强度校核的方法考虑了制造误差的影响。通过实验间接验证了弹性啮合效应的存在。 On the basis of considering the tooth profile theoretic clearance of inner meshing gear pairs and elastic deformation of gears, the theoretic analytical model was established for number of actual contacting tooth pairs of elastic meshing of three-ring transmission and load distribution among each tooth. A method of elastic meshing effect coefficient is being counted in the calculation of gear strength, and the influence of manufacturing errors has been considered according to the checking method of static strength. The existence of elastic meshing effect was verified indirectly through experiment. The elastic multi-tooth engagement could remarkably enhance the load bearing capacity of three-ring transmission.
