摘要
基于一次产品成功FPC(FirstProductCorrect)的原理 ,研究了凸轮公差优化分配的数学模型及其公差优化设计算法 ,开发了一套凸轮机构公差优化设计的软件 ,并进行了实例分析计算 ;结果表明 ,该方法保证了凸轮机构公差设计一次达到最优 。
Based on the principle of First Product Correct (FPC), the mathematical model of cam tolerance optimal distribution and its algorithm of tolerance optimal design were studied. A set of software of tolerance optimization design for cam mechanism was developed and analytical calculation of living example was carried out. The result shows that this method ensured the tolerance design of cam mechanism could attain optimal on its first application, thus achieved First Product Correct (FPC).
