摘要
针对平底刀、球形刀和环形刀的三轴联动数控铣削自由曲面的不同特点,分析可能产生的干涉现象,提出干涉判 断和干涉避免的算法。
The interference of different cutter ( end milling cutter, ball cutter and corner rounding cutter) is analyzed respectively, and a concise algorithm is put forward. The speed of avoiding interference is accelerated by this algorithm.
