目的 :对复方岩白菜素片原标准中扑尔敏存在问题的鉴别方法进行改进。方法 :用盐酸联苯胺代替标准中联苯胺进行化学鉴别。结果 :改进的方法显色明显 ,反应灵敏。结论 :方法可靠 ,可用于修改药品标准时参考。

Objective: To improve differentiation method of atlachlor in Compound Bergenin Pills. Methods: The benzidine was replaced with benzidine chloride for chemical differentiation. Results: The method improved was sensitive with obviously color response. Conclusion: The method is reliable for the reference of revising drug standard.
