摘要
目的 探讨烟花火药爆炸复合烧伤大鼠肌酸激酶心肌同工酶 (CK MB)与心肌髓过氧化物酶 (MPO)活性的变化。方法 Wistar大鼠 12 8只 ,随机分为正常对照组 (n =8)、烧伤组 (n =4 0 )、爆炸伤组 (n =4 0 )和复合伤组 (n =4 0 ) ,分别致伤形成大鼠 2 0 %体表面积Ⅲ度烧伤、火药爆炸伤和两者复合伤。动态观察大鼠伤后 1、3、6、12、2 4h血浆CK MB ,心肌MPO活性并进行相关分析。结果 复合伤组较单因素致伤组大鼠血浆CK MB升高明显 ,心肌组织MPO活性呈类似变化 ,CK MB与MPO有相关性。结论 烟花火药爆炸复合烧伤对大鼠心肌的损害较单纯烧伤或爆炸伤更为严重 ,提示烧伤和爆炸伤有协同致伤作用 ;创伤后中性粒细胞的异常激活参与烟花火药爆炸复合烧伤后心肌的损伤。
Objective To investigate changes of CK-MB in blood plasma and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activities in cardiac muscle of rats with complex burn caused by burn and gunpowder explosion. Methods 128 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups including normal control group (n=8), simple burn group (n=40), explosion injury group (n=40) , combined explosion and burn group (n=40). The rats were respectively injured to 20% BSA third degree burn, gunpowder explosion injury and complex injury with burn and explosion. Dynamic observations were done at 1,3,6,12 and 24 hours post injury on the changes of CK-MB in blood plasma and MPO activities in cardiac muscle. Results Compared with simple burn group and explosion injury group, Complex burn group’s CK-MB activities of the blood plasma and MPO activities in cardiac muscle were higher,and the changes of CK-MB activity were correlated to that of MPO. Conclusion The rats myocardial injury is more obvious after complex burn than that of simple burn or simple explosion; the activation of neutrophil participates in the injury of cardiac muscle after gunpowder explosion injury.
