某中学肥胖青少年心理健康水平的现况研究

Analysis of mental health status of obesity students

目的 了解肥胖青少年的心理健康水平 ,为疾病预防提供参考依据。方法 采用整群抽样的方法 ,抽取 2 0 0 3年9月份合肥市某中学全体学生作为调查对象 ,按身高体重标准筛查出肥胖个体 ,并按 1∶1的比例在同班级匹配 (按年龄、性别、家庭经济状况、是否独生子女等 )体重正常的青少年。后统一用国际通用SCL 90标准量表进行心理健康水平的筛查 ,比较两组之间心理健康水平的差异。结果 肥胖组与正常组比较躯体化、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子分均值、阳性项目值均高于正常组。肥胖组筛查总阳性率为 2 0 1% ,体重正常组筛查总阳性率为 11 9% ,经比较差异有显著性 (χ2 =4 5 4 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论 肥胖组青少年存在较为严重的心理健康问题 ,对该群体进行适当的心理健康教育是当务之急。

Objective To explore the mental health level of obesity students and offer consultation bases of prevention. Methods Subjects were selected by cluster sampling on September 2003 from one high school in Hefei area, according to standard of height-weight for screeing the obesities, and matching natural weight (1∶1) from the same class(by age, sex, economical status of familiy and singleton etc). Mental health level was measured using SCL-90 questionnaires. Results The result show that hostility, anxiety, terror and so on were significently different between natural and obese students, other factors were not different. Total positive rate of SCL-90 was significently different between natural and obesity students(11.9% vs 20.1% repectively). Conclusion Obese students have serious mental health problems and prevention against these problems is very important.
