1997-2002深圳南山区儿童死亡监测分析

On the Death Monitoring of Children in Nanshan District of Shenzhen (1997-2002)

目的 了解深圳市南山区 5岁以下儿童死亡率及死因变化趋势。方法 对 1997- 2 0 0 2年南山区 5岁以下儿童死亡率及死因进行动态对比分析。结果 2 0 0 2年 5岁以下儿童死亡率 ,婴儿死亡率和新生儿死亡率分别为 4 83‰ ,4 36‰ ,3 5 8‰ ,与 1997年相比 ,分别下降 5 6 4 1% ,5 7 4 2 % ,5 5 19%。出生窒息、先天异常、新生儿疾病是新生儿和婴儿主要死因 ,意外伤害、出生窒息、先天异常是 5岁以下儿童主要死因。结论 加强孕期和新生儿期保健 ,降低新生儿、婴儿死亡率 ,预防儿童意外伤害是降低

Objective To investigate the mortality and tendency of the leading causes of death in children under 5 years old in Nanshan district of Shenzhen. Method The mortality and causes of death in children under 5 years old from 1997 to 2002 were analyzed. Result The mortality of neonates, infants and children under 5 years old were 483‰,43‰ and 358‰ respectively in 2002,compared with that of 1997, the decline in mortalities were 5 6.41%,57.42% and 55.19% respectively. The principal causes of death of neonates and infants were birth asphyxia, congenital abnormality, neonates diseases. The principal causes of death of children under 5 years old were accidental injury, birth asphyxia, congenital abnormality. Conclusion The keys of further work of decreasing the mortality of children under 5 years old are to lay stress on the care of gestational period and neonatal period, decrease the neonates and infants mortality, and prevent the accidental injury of children.
