细胞核内肌动蛋白及其功能研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 肌动蛋白是细胞内含量丰富的蛋白质. 近年来, 肌动蛋白已被证实普遍存在于各类细胞的细胞核中. 肌动蛋白、肌动蛋白结合蛋白和肌动蛋白相关蛋白等蛋白共同参与了细胞核内肌动蛋白形式和功能的调节, 包括肌动蛋白单体与聚合形式的转换、染色质结构调整、基因转录调控、mRNA加工和运输等许多重要生理功能. 综述了细胞核内肌动蛋白及其功能的研究进展.
