摘要
飞速发展的网络已成为人们生活中不可缺少的交际手段.作为大众媒体,网络要求人们采用方便、快捷的交际用语.英语是因特网上使用率最高的语种,据统计,2000年因特网用语有55%以上是英语.大量的英语新词汇不断出现.这些新词汇蕴涵着新的语义和简洁明了的构词方式.随着网络的进一步发展,网络英语的空间会愈来愈大,网络英语的独特性也会愈来愈明显.了解和掌握网络英语的构词规律,不但有助于获得通过网络进行交流的技巧,也有助于我们学习英语语言.
The network English (Smiley) has become one of the indispensable communicating measures in our daily life. As a popular media, the language in network demands convenience and rapidness for people to communicate with each other. It is counted that English was used in more than 55% network in 2000, and a large number of new English words emerge out in the using of the language. These words carry new meanings within themselves and simple and clear word-formation. With the further development of network and the using of English in network, the space of English will become broader. Moreover, the uniqueness of network English is surely going to reveal. Knowing the regulation of network English can not only help us achieve certain skills of communication through networks but can help us study the word-formation of English language.
