核酸酶催化磷酸二酯键水解断裂作用的配位化学模拟 被引量:5

摘要 在生物体内发生着核酸的合成与降解, 涉及核酸上磷酸二酯键的生成与断裂.磷酸二酯键的断裂模式有氧化性断裂和水解性断裂, 水解性断裂的产物有可能用连接酶再连接. 近年来, 磷酸二酯键水解断裂的配位化学模拟取得了很大进展. 在所发现的具有水解断裂核酸能力的金属配合物中, 有单核金属配合物, 也有双核金属配合物, 涉及的金属离子有过渡金属离子, 也有镧系金属离子, 但反应速率同天然酶相比仍差几个数量级. 用多核金属配合物来模拟核酸酶对磷酸二酯键的水解断裂应当是一个有前途的研究方向.
