血浆同型半胱氨酸与脑梗死关系的研究

A study of the relationship between plasma homocysteine level and cerebral infarction

目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)与脑梗死的关系。方法 应用高效液相色谱仪 ,HPLC FD法测定 87例急性脑梗死患者和 80例对照者血浆Hcy浓度 ,进行Logistic回归分析。结果 病例组空腹血浆Hcy浓度 [(15 .2 8± 4 .33) μmol/L]较对照组 [(11.32± 3.86 ) μmol/L]高 (P <0 0 0 1) ;高Hcy血症与脑梗死相关 ,相对危险度OR为 9.10 3(95 %CI2 .4 9～ 33.2 4 )。

Objective To explore the relationship between plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels and cerebral infarction.Methods 87 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 80 controls were enrolled in the study. Plasma Hcy levels were measured by high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(HPLC-FD) technology using Baseling 810 type high-performance liquid chromatograph.Results Fast plasma Hcy levels were higher in the patient group[(15.28±4.33)μmol/L] compared with those in the control group[(11.32±3.86) μmol/L]( P<0.001). Hyperhomocysteinemia was related to cerebral infarction. The OR was 9.103(95%CI 2.49～33.24).Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction.
