多种癌、癌旁与正常组织中BAG-1表达的组织芯片检测与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :检测凋亡相关基因BAG - 1在乳腺癌、胃癌、宫颈癌及其癌旁组织、正常组织中的表达 ,并讨论其意义。方法 :利用组织芯片采用免疫组化DAKOEnvision法检测乳腺癌、胃癌、宫颈癌及其癌旁组织、正常组织中BAG - 1的表达。结果 :组织芯片中BAG - 1在乳腺癌、胃癌、宫颈癌组织中的表达比其对应癌旁组织、正常乳腺组织中高 ,差异明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :BAG- 1在乳腺癌、胃癌、宫颈癌组织中表达高于癌旁组织和正常组织 ,提示BAG - 1表达可能与这些恶性肿瘤的发生有关。 Objective:To detect BAG-1 expressions in breast cancer, gastric cancer and cervical cancer by tissue microarray and to evaluate it's clinical significance. Methods: Tissue microarray of breast cancer,gastric cancer,cervical cancer and their benign tumor and normal tissues were analyzed by DAKO Envision system immunohistochemical staining for apoptosis related gene BAG-1 expression. Results: The positive rate of BAG-1 expression among breast cancer,gastric cancer and cervical cancer were higher than that in the benign tumor and normal tissues respectively,and significant difference were observed( P <0.05).Conclusion: There is an overexpression of BAG-1 in breast cancer,gastric cancer and cervical cancer,it suggests that apoptosis related gene BAG-1 may be related to these cancer.
