腔镜下甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术的临床应用

Clinical application of endoscopic thyroidectomy for benign thyroid tumors

目的 :探讨腔镜下甲状腺良性肿瘤切除术的可行性及实用性。方法 :13例甲状腺单发良性肿瘤患者全麻气管插管后 ,经乳腺入路行腔镜下甲状腺肿瘤切除术。结果 :全部病例手术效果满意 ,无并发症 ,切口隐蔽 ,达到了最佳美观效果。结论 :腔镜下甲状腺肿瘤切除安全可行 ,达到了美观的效果 ,适用于良性肿瘤 ,对老年病人及甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者应持慎重态度。

Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and practicality of endoscopic thyroidectomy for benign thyroid tumors.Methods: Thirteen patients with solitary benign thyroid tumors under general anesthesia underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy by breast approach . Results:Endoscopic thyroidectomy was successfully performed in all patients. No postoperative complication was observed. The incisions were completely hidden and excellent cosmetic results were obtained.Conclusion: Endoscopic thyroidectomy for benign thyroid tumors is a feasible,practical and safe procedure,with excellent cosmetic benefits. But this technique is not suitable for old-age patients and malignant thyroid tumors.
