尿素注射治疗眼睑、眶内毛细血管瘤

Management of capillary hemangioma in eyelid and intra-orbit by injection of urea

目的 探讨眼睑、眶内毛细血管瘤的治疗方法。方法 对 73例眼睑、眶内毛细血管瘤行尿素注射治疗 ,平均随访 1年 6个月。结果 73例毛细血管瘤中 61例治愈 ,12例有效。结论 尿素注射治疗眼睑、眶内毛细血管瘤是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic outcome of urea injection for capillary hemangioma in eyelid or intra-orbit.MethodsTopical injection of urea were performed on 73 eyes with the capillary hemangioma in eyelid and intra-orbit.The average follow-up period was one year and six months.ResultsSixty-one of 73 eyes with capillary hemangioma were cured,and other 12 eyes showed positive responses.ConclusionInjection of urea is a simple and an effective treatment for capillary hemangiomas in eyelid or intra-orbit.
