Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture by Pressure Nail with Wing Panels

作者研制了一种治疗股骨颈骨折的新型内固定器——带翼加压螺纹钉。经生物力学测试,具有较好的抗旋转、抗压缩和抗弯曲性能。临床应用70例,骨折愈合率达95.5％,平均愈合时间93天。本文介绍了该钉结构特点、手术方法,并对有关问题作了讨论。

This article introduced a new internal fixtor for the fracture of femoral neck-pressure nail with wing panels which is devised by the authors. By biomechanical experiment .this nail has such effects as pressing anti-twisting and anti-bending. 70 cases of clinical application have achived satisfactory results. The rate and time of frac-ture union were 95. 5% respectively and 93 days. This article also introduced the structural features of this nail and methods of operation and discussed the prodlems concerned.
