摘要
①目的 观察大鼠高血压性脑出血血肿周围组织在不同时间点核因子 κB(NF κB)的表达情况。②方法 72只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和出血组 ,大鼠高血压性脑出血模型采用双侧肾动脉前支部分热凝 ,立体定位仪下自体血脑内注入法建立。各组在相应时间点用SABC染色法检测血肿周围组织NF κB的表达。③结果大鼠高血压性脑出血后 2h后即开始表达 ,8h达到高峰 ,持续至 5d开始下降 (F =84 .397,q =5 .5 8~ 8.37,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 高血压性脑出血后早期即有NF κB的表达 ,并参与了出血后周围脑组织的继发性损伤过程。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) at different time in rats. Methods Seventy-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and cerebral hemorrhage(CH) group. The HICH model of rats was induced by injection of autologous blood with stereotactic techniques, after partial coagulation of the anterior branches of bilateral renal arteries. NF-κB expression was detected by SABC staining at corresponding time in each group. Results The expression of NF-κB started to increase two hours after the hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, peaked at eight hours and began to decrease at five days (F=84.397, q=5.58-8.37, P<0.01). Conclusion NF-κBis expressed at early HICH, and participates in the secondary brain damage following the hemorrhage in peripheral brain tissue.
