摘要
①目的 探讨水针分娩镇痛的临床效果。②方法 应用无菌注射用水 ,对临产后以腰骶部疼痛为主的 70例产妇行腰部相应位置皮内注射 (水针组 ) ,并以 4 0例同等条件不行水针分娩镇痛的产妇作为对照组 ,观察水针分娩镇痛的效果及对母婴的影响。③结果 水针分娩镇痛的总有效率达 10 0 % ,显效率达 82 .9% ,平均镇痛时间为 (3.0± 0 .2 )h ;水针组总产程时间较对照组明显缩短 (t=2 .884 ,P <0 .0 1) ,产后出血量明显减少 (t=13.16 8,P <0 .0 1) ,新生儿Apgar评分两组差异无显著性。 ④结论 水针镇痛是一种对母婴无副作用的安全、简便、有效的镇痛方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effects distilled water injection for analgesia during delivery. Methods In the injection group, 70 women with either lumbar or sacral pain during delivery were injected intradermally with distilled water. Another40 women with similar symptoms were taken as controls. The analgesic results of the distilled water injection on mothers and newborns were observed. Results In the injection group, the effective rate and the marked effective rate was 100% and 82.9%respectively, the analgesia time averaging (3.0±0.2)h. The delivery time was shorter in the injection group than that in the control group (t=2.884, P<0.01). There was less bleeding in the injection group than in control group (t=13.168, P< 0.01). No statistical difference existed in Apgar score between newborns in the two groups. Conclusion Intradermal injection of distilled water is a safe, simple and effective method of analgesia, without any side effects for both mothers and newborns.
