摘要 目的评价显示乳腺癌的最佳位置及质量控制方法。方法随机抽取88例经X线诊断、病理证实为乳腺癌的MLO位和CC位照片,对其病灶在两个位置上的显示情况和MLO位的影像质量进行回顾性分析,探讨乳腺摄影的最佳位置和质控方法。结果MLO位显示率为98.86%,CC位显示率为82.95%;影像质量合格率为64.77%,诊断符合率为100%。结论MLO位是乳腺癌显示的最佳位置,其质量控制的关键是摆位和压迫。 Objective To evaluate the optimal position showing breast cancer and quality control on mammography. Methods Eighty-eight patients with radiologically and pathologically diagnosed as breast cancer were randomly chosen, A retrospective study of the display of the lesions on mediolateral oblique (MLO) and craniocaudal (CC) mammograms and of image quality control on MLO mammograms were performed, to discuss the optimal position and quality control on mammography. Results The display rate of the lesions was 98.86 %on MLO views, 82.95 %on CC views. The eligibility rate of mammograms was 64.77 %, and diagnosis accuracy was 100 %. Conclusion The optimal position showing breast cancer is on MLO view, correctly positioning and moderately compressing is the key to the mammography.
