摘要
研究了压电陶瓷常规电性能自动测试系统,解决了精度和速度不能兼顾的矛盾。分析对比了传输线法和自动测试系统产生的误差。结果表明,用压电陶瓷常规电性能自动测试系统完全可以取代传输线法。
Researched was auto-test system for piezoelectric ceramic’s general electrical performance, considering both measurement precision and testing speed. Uncertainty of transmission circuit method and auto-test system was Analyzed. Came to the conclusion that auto-test system can substitute for transmission circuit method.
