摘要
作者自1980年2月至1991年10月,分别用钩封术及锥孔术治疗足跟痛90例(119足),经半年随访,效果满意。此法不需手术切开,创伤小,简便易行,疗效好,患者乐意接受,可在各级医疗单位推广。
From Fedruary 1980 to October 1991,the author set about the clinical study that 90 patients of heel pain(119 heels)were treated with Hook-Block techique and drilling operation,followed up for half a year. Satisfactory re-sults were obtained. The results of study indicated that the methods of treatment had the advantages of no opeative incision,small injuries ,simple working,rapid cure rate and costting little.
