摘要 以四氢呋喃作溶剂,用具有生物相容性的己二酸酐分别与甘氨酸、L 丙氨酸以及邻羟基苯甲酸反应,一步合成了3种功能型二元酸:5 羧甲基氨基甲酰戊酸、5 (1 羧乙基)氨基甲酰戊酸、己二酸单(2 羧苯酚)酯.对反应中间体和目标化合物进行红外(IR)光谱、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)表征,证实了它们的结构和组成.同时探讨了反应溶剂及反应时间对产物合成的影响. 5-(Carboxymethyl-carbamoyl)-pentanoic acid, 5-(1\|carboxy-ethylcarbamoyl)-pentanoic acid and hexanedioic acid mono-(2-carboxy-phenyl) ester were synthesized by reacting adipic anhydride with glycine, L\|alanine and o-hydroxy benzoic acid respectively, using anhydrous THF as solvent. The intermediate and objective products were identified by spectrum of IR,^(1)H NMR. The influence of solvent and reaction time had been studied.
